Like many property companies we used to rely on letting agents. This often resulted tenant enquiries being left unanswered, maintenance being delayed, the relationship between the tenant and landlord breaking down due to a lack of communication, lack of support for tenants when they needed flexibility or help etc....

 

LSR was formed out of necessity so that we could provide our high quality developments (from our parent company EIG) direct to tenants.

We take the time getting to know each individual tenant to ensuring we appreciate what is important for you from a property and we then accommodate your needs.

As all the houses we rent are our own we have a mutual interest in ensuring the quality of the house is excellent and that the landlord (us) are a right fit for you.
