LSR only rent out homes we actually own. This means our interests are aligned allowing you to have a higher level of flexibility whilst keeping costs low

All utilities paid

To ensure your experience with us is hassle free we include all bills within our rental fee. Bills included are; gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax and TV

No FEEs

We have stripped all fess out of our lettings process meaning from start to finish all you have to pay is your monthly rent

fast Maintenance

We employ cleaners, gardeners and a maintenance team meaning all aspects of the home are kept well maintained. We also offer a 24/7 on call service for emergencies

Contact Us

Get in touch with us by either; phone, text, email, letter or via SpareRooms. From here we'll have an initial conversation to see if our homes are right for you.

Move In

Get ready to move in! Once you've successfully gone through our vetting process and the agreement has been singed we'll always endeavour to meet you at the property for move in day. If we can't make it we'll pre-arrange key collection. Once you're settled in we'll add you to the house WhatsApp Group where you can make contact with others in the building and also stay in touch with us.

Viewing

Feel free to look at our to rent page to get an idea of what the house and rooms are like. From here we can either arrange a virtual tour via video or an in person viewing. We'll always work to accommodate your needs.

Sign Documents

We're a paper free company and therefore all our documents are digital. We'll initially send you a tenant contact details document for an initial identity check and from here use this information to populate a tenancy agreement which you can then check and sign digitally. We've partnered with Signable to offer a seamless process.
